BPM
Taking a new angle on project management, BPM aims to free the user from overly rigid processes and give users the flexibility to use software the way they want.
BPM, short for Built Project Management, is a novel, node-based project management system meant to be highly adaptable and customizable for users of all types. The main paradigm of BPM revolves around using only what you want, and not forcing a rigid process on every user.
Many of the project management systems I had looked at kept a linear framework. First, do this, then, do that, then repeat this, assuming the same process could be used for all projects. Categorizing files, comments and milestones as part of selectively viewable work processes allows users to track projects that require a lot of detail, or projects that are lax on deadlines, even ongoing brainstorm sessions.
The overview screen contains many responsive features of its own. The individual project squares resize and rearrange based on window size, and also captures and remembers sort settings so that users are never left performing repetitive tasks.
